How do I pay for my jukebox or karaoke machine hire?

Once you’ve enquired and made a booking we will secure your event with no deposit required. If, however you decide to cancel your jukebox or karaoke a 20% cancellation fee will be applied, so please ensure you call us within 24 hours should you need to cancel your hire.

 

Where do you deliver to?

We have a list of suburbs we deliver to free of charge within the South Eastern and Eastern suburbs. Click here to see if your suburb is listed. For suburbs outside these areas a small fee of $20 will be applied.

 

What can I expect with my hire?

A technician will come out to deliver and setup your jukebox or karaoke machine and give you thorough step by step instructions on how to operate the device. It’s very easy and straightforward, but if you do happen to get stuck, we have 24/7 support. That’s our customer satisfaction aim.

 

Is there a pickup fee?

No, we include your hiring services as part of the delivery, setup and pickup. We’re really affordable!

 

Can I pick my jukebox or karaoke machine up?

Yes, if you really wanted to at our Narre Warren premises, but remember we offer free delivery, so the option is entirely up to you.
